實驗室方向

根據資通安全管理法規定,行政院於108年6月提出了一份國家資通安全情勢報告,內容分析了107年政府機關以及國際間的資通安全威脅。針對全球資安情勢整理出六大項主要威脅,其中第二與第三項分別為DDoS(分散式阻斷服務)攻擊與IoT設備資安弱點威脅升高;而於政府機關的資安威脅統計中則明確指出107年Mirai(ミライ,未來)殭屍網路的攻擊次數高達一億多次,且目前仍持續散佈與感染中。由此可見針對殭屍網路的威脅處理已刻不容緩。

本實驗室針對真實網路流量統計資料進行處理,利用機器學習分析惡意軟體的行為模式找出潛伏期的受感染主機,以求在殭屍網路發動攻擊前先一步阻止其行動。為迎合真實網路中流量資料龐大的問題,本實驗室使用分散式運算處理架構作為構建系統的基礎。近年來也嘗試將深度學習演算法用於網路惡意流量分析的領域,得到不錯的成效。

殭屍網路偵測

殭屍網路偵測

BotCluster為本團隊近年來開發的P2P殭屍網路偵測(Botnet Detection)演算法,並於2018年發表於國際期刊Computer Network。BotCluster是基於非監督式機器學習演算法DBSCAN來進行群聚巨量(Big Data)網路資料(NetFlow),並偵測出被P2P殭屍網路感染的機器。本團隊也使用成功大學校園網路流量做驗證,偵測率可達97%。

實驗室資源

實驗室資源

本實驗室為進行大資料分析備有最多50個節點所組成的Hadoop叢集,進行平行運算處理巨量資料。每個節點的CPU為Intel Xeon E3-1230總共配有800GB的RAM和114TB的儲存空間。另外為了進行Deep Learning,實驗室備有1台RTX 2080 TI、2台RTX 2080 SUPER和一台GTX 1080的PC。實驗室也可提供經費租用國網中心提供的超級電腦台灣杉二號(TAIWANIA 2),協助訓練模型。
